    Trailbreak Partners has commenced construction on Kaia Residences, an 18-story mixed-use development in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood. The project will feature 295 apartments, including 19 affordable units, and 8,500 square feet of street-level retail. Amenities will include a Nordic-inspired spa, fitness center, infinity pool, and a two-story rooftop lounge with panoramic city and mountain views. The development aims to address the city's housing demand while promoting wellness-focused living. We're excited to follow this one!

Narrate Holdings is planning Forma, a boutique luxury residential project in Denver’s Washington Park neighborhood. The development will offer 63 units with high-end finishes and amenities. The site is currently undergoing rezoning to accommodate the project, with groundbreaking anticipated in early fall 2025. Narrate Holdings has appointed Authentic to lead it’s go-to-market strategy.
