Creating an exceptional tenant experience

By Chris Arnold

Building brands that create customized experiences

Transforming Cities welcomes Katie Kane, Customer Experience & Training Manager for HILLS Properties, a family owned company that develops, builds, owns, and manages multifamily communities throughout the midwest.

The title and subsequent role of Customer Experience & Training Manager was originally curated to fill a gap and utilize one of Katie’s core passions of building brand recognition with associates and customers.

A self-proclaimed extreme brand loyalist, Katie advocated for creating customized experiences that are so memorable that they have to be shared. She can often be recognized by her signature lightning bolt necklace signifying her motto of “Live Like Lightning”.
